Only sales to end user business customers approved as part of the “Deal Registration Program” and drop shipped to the end user are eligible for EIZO REWARDS program.

Only one claim per eligible sales transaction will be awarded a sales reward. If a duplicate claim is submitted for the same sales transaction, EIZO has the right to refuse any subsequent claims if found to be for the same transaction.

All sales to existing customer base are ineligible. For additional details on account eligibility for EIZO REWARDS, please contact EIZO at [email protected].   

Reconditioned or refurbished monitors are not eligible for the EIZO REWARDS program. This list is subject to change at any time. Any additions or deletions will be reflected on the program website.

EIZO reserves the right to audit claims and to reject a transaction or disqualify should there be noncompliance with the terms and conditions of the EIZO REWARDS program. EIZO reserves the right to terminate participation without notice if a partner sales representative has not filed any claims within a twelve (12) month period.

The partner sales representative will be required to submit an electronic copy of the EIZO or partner invoice. Invoices must be legible and contain the end-user company name, address, date of sale, invoice number, distributor/reseller name, EIZO model name, and order quantity. 

EIZO Inc. reserves the right to debit a Partner Sales Representative Account for returned product, false or inaccurate claims or payments paid in error.

Any liability for federal, state or local income taxes on earnings will be the cardholder’s sole responsibility. Tax Form 1099 will be issued directly to the Partner Sales Representative as necessary.

Partner Sales Representative and Sales Manager waive any and all claims of liability and hereby release indemnity and hold harmless EIZO Inc., its contractors, subsidiaries, and promotional agencies.

Reseller Sales Representative should check with their employer to verify eligibility. EIZO cannot assume any risk for improper adherence to Reseller Sales Representative’s corporate policies.

EIZO Inc. reserves the right to modify, revise, or discontinue the EIZO REWARDS program at any time, upon posting a notice at www.eizorewards.com. Any questions requiring interpretation of the promotional rules shall be resolved to EIZO, whose decision shall be final.

Participating resellers are also expected to honor EIZO contractual obligations including marketing of EIZO branded products in designated/intended geographies (North America) and not knowingly purchase and/or sell gray market (i.e., EIZO products originally sold for use outside of the United States) or counterfeit products.
