Rules

The EIZO Rewards Program:  EIZO Rewards is a program to incentivize eligible participants who sell EIZO products to new, approved business customers/end users. Participants earn points to redeem for prepaid Reward or merchant cards.

Participants:  A participant is a current employee of an approved, enrolled Reseller of EIZO Products.

Eligibility:  Eligibility is contingent upon the participant’s continued employment at a Reseller enrolled in the EIZO Rewards program. If a participant ends their employment where the enrollment took place, the participant is no longer eligible and will be removed from the program. If new employment is secured at a new Reseller already participating in the program, the participant will need to re-register in the program. The EIZO program may send you important notices by email. The participant is responsible for maintaining a current and valid email address in your online profile.  Reseller Sales Representative should check with their employer to verify eligibility. EIZO cannot assume any risk for improper adherence to Reseller Sales Representative’s corporate policies.

Enrollment:  Participants will select the dealer location where they are located (Company name, city, and state).  They will enter their personal address, email, and tax information.  They will create a password and sign off on T&Cs.  Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is used only to manage the program. This information will not be sold or shared with any other parties unless required by law.

Entering Spiff Reward Requests:

User will enter the following sale information:  EIZO invoice #, invoice date, product model #, order quantity sold, and end user customer name.

A copy of the EIZO invoice must be uploaded to the reward site.  No mailed, faxed, or email documents will be accepted.

Sales Period:  Valid sale dates for the initial program period is 7/1/24-12/31/24.

Program 1:  Sale Dates 7/1/24-12/31/24 with a claim submission deadline of 1/31/2025.  Points expire 2/28/25.

Only sales to end user business customers approved as part of the “Deal Registration Program” and drop shipped to the end user are eligible for EIZO REWARDS program.

Reconditioned or refurbished products are not eligible for the EIZO REWARDS program.

All sales to existing customer base are ineligible.

Reward Validation:

Our processing vendor (ACB) will audit the request to make sure that all claim information matches the EIZO invoice that is provided by the user.  Only one claim per eligible sales transaction will be awarded a reward. If a duplicate claim is submitted for the same sales transaction, it will be rejected.

Once ACB approves the claim, the claim request will be sent to EIZO for a final review of order eligibility.

If EIZO approved the claim, spiff points will be added to the user’s account.

If EIZO rejects the claim, a denial email will be sent to the user.

Redeeming Reward Points:

User can log onto the Rewards site and redeem their approved points on Visa prepaid physical cards, Virtual MasterCard rewards, or multiple Merchant gift cards/egifts.

Users can request point rewards throughout the month however, these card requests will be sent to the various card vendors at the end of each month.  (Bi-Monthly is also an option if claim volume warrants a more frequent payout)

Tax Liability:  EIZO Rewards program participant is responsible for federal, state and local income taxes on all rewards earned. EIZO must complete an IRS form 1099 and send it to you for any year in which your award redemptions are more than $599. This program is considered “deferred income” as, any participant who redeems points where the total value greater than $599 aggregate for the year will be liable for all taxes for the year of the redemption. It is suggested that each reward earner consult a tax advisor in regards to reporting the reward income for income tax reporting purposes. Any liability for federal, state or local income tax imposed on any reward earner will be the responsibility of the reward earner and not EIZO or EIZO Reward Headquarters.
